Josh is a CrossFit athlete and coach at Exortus and One Gym Hartlepool. Josh recently raised over £1000 for Andy's Man Club when completing 12 WODs in 12 hours. Josh will also be part of the Sweat Recovery Zone team that will be completing the coast to coast as a relay next month!
